Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My baby crawled around in the playpen as I worked 12-hour days cleaning the floors, and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! The whole thing started to be clear, but was still far from being done. For furnishing the space it would take a lot of effort in terms of budget and time. It was also going to be a challenge to do my favourite shopping. To stay within budget, I began by taking my sons to estate sales looking for of diamonds. Our routine was of walking around garage sales and auctions on Sundays and Saturdays, and buy a variety of old pieces and new made. I'd spend my workdays on the drive painting or sanding. My passion for restoration of furniture began with a look like this. Although our house had been furnished, I could not quit. There was a market in the area to let me sell my pieces. Eventually, my collection grew so large that the room I had available was not enough. Over 1000 people visited my home over the course of a weekend to purchase everything that was on the ground. This is where my business Growing Days was born. Growing Days wasn't just an extremely successful company, it was it was also a loving family. I was trying to find that perfect balance of having starting a new venture while also being a mommy. Growing Days just seemed to be the right fit. Nora, my 4th kid was born in the year 2013. Although I was happy with the direction that my business went, I was feeling like I was in need of an occasional break. I took a pause from creating furniture for vintage homes, and slowed down my pace in order to stay at home and take care of the kids. The time was right. But after a short time the phone started getting busy. I began receiving requests from people requesting for help in home improvement as well as interior design. It was mostly those that came to my house for furniture. In the following time I began to take on customers at my pace. Soon I had multiple accounts, as well as a house renovations business. When you first spoke to me about my home renovation business I laughed. Actually, I smile a little when I remember it.
